Athletics Tasmania is the governing body for the sport of athletics in Tasmania, under the umbrella of Australian Athletics. Our vision is to grow athletics for all Tasmanians.
For event managers and race directors, Athletics Tasmania offers an Associate Member Organisation (AMO) membership as part of its Constitution & By-Laws in order to support athletics and running events in Tasmania.
This membership offers a range of benefits designed to assist your event(s), including:
- Insurance coverage under the National Athletics Insurance Scheme.
- Promotional package that will assist your event in reaching the running community in Tasmania.
- Assistance with the sanctioning of your event by Athletics Tasmania & Australian Athletics.
Event membership packages are tiered according to expected participation numbers. We can cater for single events, a series of events, or multiple events held throughout a calendar year.
