Tasmanian Team - Australian Half Marathon Championships

Tasmania will send a strong team of 6 to the Australian Half Marathon Championships on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday 16 August, led by the past 2 Tasmanian Half Marathon Champions.
2021 Champion Nick Earl is joined by 2020 Champion Ben Covington, as well as Michael Davis, David O’Brien, Mark Hinder and Craig Downie.
All members of this team had been in prime condition for the various distances at the recently cancelled Gold Coast Marathon, including 2 members of the Tasmanian Marathon team, and will now look to convert their training and form into performances on the fast scenic Sunshine Coast course.
Tasmania will not be represented in the Female Championship.
