NOTICE 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Athletics Tasmania Board of Directors wish to advise all members that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Athletics Tasmania will be held on 25 June 2023 at Symmons Plains Raceway.
The following timetable will apply:
14 May: Call for Nominations for Life Members (clause 6.3), Merit and Special Awards. Call for nominations for Elected Directors (clause 15.2). Call for Notices of Motions (clause 10.3(b))
28 May: Closing date for nominations for Life Membership, Merit and Special Awards Closing date for nominations for Elected Directors, (2 Retiring) Closing date for Notices of Motions
30 May: Formal notice and agenda for AGM to be sent to Directors and voting members (clause 10.3 (c))
23 June: Voting members notify AT Office of their appointed authorised representatives (clause 10.11 (c))
25 June: AGM convened.
