- Annual Report
To receive and adopt the Athletics Tasmania Annual Report.
- Financial Statement
- Treasurers Report - Rohan Best.
- To receive and adopt the 2021/2022 Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2022.
- Election of Directors
One nomination was received for an expiring position on the Athletics Tasmania Board. Pursuant to clause 15.3 of the Athletics Tasmania constitution, the following are declared elected to the Board of Athletics Tasmania.
- Troy Bennett (3-year term)
- Appointment of Auditors
Clause 26.3 – Directors can appoint auditors
- AT Awards Announcement – Life Membership, Merit Awards and Special Awards
- Constitutional Amendments
Proposal to change of wording in sections 1-3 of Athletics Tasmania Constitution where reference to IAAF is made, to World Athletics.
- General Business
