The Athletics Tasmania Board of Directors wishes to advise all members that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 July 2022.
The following timetable will apply:
8 June:

Call for Nominations for Life Members (clause 6.3), Merit and Special Awards.

Call for nominations for Elected Directors (clause 15.2).

Call for Notices of Motions (clause 10.3(b)).
25 June:

Closing date for nominations for Life Membership, Merit and Special Awards.

Closing date for nominations for Elected Directors.

Closing date for Notices of Motions.
2 July:
Formal notice and agenda for AGM to be sent to Directors and voting members (clause 10.3 (c))
21 July:
Voting members notify EO of their appointed authorised representatives (clause 10.11 (c))
23 July:
AGM convened
