2022 Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships - Tasmanian Team Announcement

Published Thu 01 Dec 2022

With this year’s National All Schools Competition 3 years in the making due to COVID-19 disruptions, we’re thrilled to have one of the largest Tasmanian representations ever travelling to contest the championships. Congratulations to the 73 (38 boys and 35 girls) athletes who will be representing Team Tasmania. In 2019 Tasmania had a 41-athlete contingent which signals the strength and depth of Tasmanian athletics currently. With plenty of talent and medal prospects, the Tasmanian All Schools (Secondary) team is hoping to emulate the recent Tasmanian School Sport Australia (primary) team’s success which included a 3-medal haul from their national championships in Brisbane in November.
