In this capacity, I’ve mentored over 300 coaches and sport scientists, many of   whom are now working professionally as coaches around the world.

Previous coach or assistant coach for numerous national medalists and world junior representatives

Author of award-winning scientific research published in the areas of track and field and sport science, in internationally renowned journals such as the International   Journal of Sports Medicine and the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.

Head of Sport Science for a professional football team in Zurich, Switzerland where I am responsible for not only the development of professional players (including world cup players), but also the professional development of coaching staff and interns.

Above all, as a proud born and bred Tasmanian and seven-time Tasmanian open high jump champion, I understand the unique needs of the Tasmanian coaching community and our wider athletics community. I’m passionate about creating sustainable systems for success in athletics in Tasmania, and I would consider it an honour to help develop and up-skill our local coaching force for the betterment of our entire Tasmanian athletics community.
