2021 Tas All Schools Track and Field_Tech Regs (U14 to U18 Age Groups)

Regular entries have now closed. The TT has been adjusted. As always in events where there is only a small entry where possible these have been re-scheduled to be held at the same time as a similar event in another age group. This year there are also significantly larger entries in many jumping and throwing events and this has necessitated some significant rescheduling in times. Athletes, coaches and parents are therefore asked to carefully read the new TT above.

Late entries (see clause 6 below) are now being accepted for all events except the following which are cancelled for 2021 as there were no entries when regular entries closed:

Boys 10yrs - Combined Event;
Boys 12 years - 800m; 1500m
Girls Under 14 - PV
Girls Under 16 - 3000m Race Walk
Girls Under 18 - 400m Hurdles; 5000m Race Walk
Boys Under 18 - 400m Hurdles

This is the entry portal for 2021-22 Tasmanian All Schools  Track and Field to be held on 23 and 24 October 2021 and may be used by any age eligible athlete provided that they are also a bone fide school student.

Please carefully note the following (as well as examining the timetable for the meet and technical regulations that are available at www.tasathetics.org.au):

There will be no Under 20 age group in 2021 - this was a temporary decision for 2020 when many school meets were cancelled. The AT Events and Competitions Commission has also determined that after very low entries for a number of years, there will be no open events conducted with this meet in 2021 - having also noted that interclub is offered in Hobart two days before and in Launceston three days after.

Any athlete who is already registered with Athletics Tasmania for the season beginning on 1 October 2021 will be able to enter this meet in the usual way – using their standard login details. The same situation applies to those who have standard login details even if currently not registered.

Any athlete wishing to enter this meet who is not currently registered with Athletics Tasmania nor has a standard login must first “register” as a “Non-Registered” athlete [there is no fee payable for this] and once that is done enter the meet using the login details provided. https://www.tasathletics.org.au/registration/138195/

The entry fee is $13 per individual event and $26 per combined event up to a maximum payment per athlete of $78 (irrespective of the number of event entered).

* Please note: Transaction fees will be passed on at checkout.

Late entries (in accordance with the principles in the applicable Technical Regulations) will not be offered on-line. Contact must be made directly with the AT office in person or by phone or email.
