What is the Target Talent Program?
The TTP is a development program aimed at athletes who have achieved a top 6 standard at National Junior Championship events between the age groups of U16 and U20.
Purpose of the program
The key purpose is to identify and assist in developing talented, emerging athletes aged 15-19, with the potential and motivation to attain national representative standards.
AT and the TIS are committed to support these athletes and their coaches along a pathway that provides appropriate development to a career in track and field.
It is envisaged that this group will be the major focus of track and field development in Tasmania.

- Invitations to general and specific camps and clinics
Development camps are open to all registered members of an affiliated athletics club. Priority is given to TIS Scholarship holders, TTP squad members. Other athletes wishing to improve there athletic performances are more than welcome to attend, training camps are there to enhance the knowledge of an athlete and to assist them plan for future events.
